With an old lean-to extension out the back of the existing house, we demolished the back of the property to make way for the new extension. The new addition graces the property with a 15ft skillion roof, accentuated by highlight windows that invite lots of natural light in and seamlessly integrates with the stacker doors. This new extension encompasses an open-plan living space that breathes modernity into the home.

In the existing front half of the home, the heritage style bedrooms received a facelift which included new carpet, a lick of fresh paint and of course retaining some of the character by reusing the original door handles. All bathrooms were renovated and refreshed.

Moving to the upper level of the home, the extension consisted of a new master bedroom retreat, a beautiful ensuite and a spacious walk-in robe complimented by a rumpus space.
