Located in the beachside suburb of Chelsea sat an existing 1970’s home which was demolished to accommodate our client’s new architecturally designed home.
This project was not just about building a house for the client but creating a home for the family to enjoy for many years to come.

The home features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and a home gym. The core of this residence features beautiful cathedral ceilings in the heart of the home followed by tall ceiling heights throughout. This home includes custom cabinetry, handmade Moroccan feature tiles, solar, hydronic heating, automation system, a home gym & some skylights to name a few of the well thought out features.

One of the key features was the attention to the building envelope, we installed the Proclima system to help create a healthy durable home.
